If you’re just discovering this work you may be asking:

“What is Energy Healing and what do the sessions look like? ”

The first thing you should know is this work cannot hurt you. This is also not a religious practice nor does it violate any religious beliefs. 

You can imagine energy like a waterfall. The waterfall is a natural occurrence and there’s plenty of it for everyone.  I know where it is, how to carry it and share it with you. The waterfall isn’t a secret, you just don’t have the capacity to access it in your current state.  I am able to do this work because I understand how to expand my energetic capacity enough to share it with you, much like sharing the water from the waterfall. 

There are many reasons people can seek to experience these supportive sessions, I’ll provide a few examples to help you understand. 

As humans, and as mammals, we have the ability to sense, absorb and be affected by the energy (or moods, behaviors, actions) of those around us. We can have a stressful day at work and bring that stress home with us. When we’re going through transitions such as a life change or divorce, we can feel drained and off balance. 

The work I do is meant to restore and rebalance what has been drained from you.

What you can expect during your session:  

Prior to booking we begin with a consultation to both answer questions and to understand what you may be going through at this moment. 

When we meet for your session (in person or virtually) we further clarify intentions. We begin with  conversation surrounding the days session and a holistic view of what a successful series will look and feel like for you. 

You’ll then lay down, fully clothed and I’ll begin the energy portion of the session. I’ll conduct a chakra reading which we discuss afterwards and use this as my roadmap. I may lightly touch you, lay stones on you, use my sound tools or ask you questions. This portion of the session varies from person to person and you can expect some of this. Once the energy portion is complete we go over what I sensed while working on you and, your energetic blue print and next steps. 

We can discuss this in more detail during your consultation and I find it helpful for you to have a general idea ahead of time. Your comfort and understanding is of the utmost importance to me.
